What you are covered for when you buy redled One.
Legal guarantee
Consumers have a legal guarantee that the product matches its description and works as it should. In the EU and the EEA this guarantee lasts at least 2 years from delivery. In other countries, the consumer law of your country applies. This guarantee does not cost anything extra and cannot be taken away.
What is covered
Defects that existed when the product was delivered, including faults in materials and workmanship, when the panel is used as described in the manual.
What is not covered
Damage from accidents, misuse, water, unauthorised repairs, and normal wear.
How to make a claim
Call +65 8014 3040 or write to Redled pro LTD, 36 Robinson Road, City House #20-01, Singapore 068877, with your order number and a short description or a photo of the problem. We will tell you how to proceed. Where the law gives you a choice, we will repair, replace or refund the product.

These terms do not limit any right you have under the law of your country.
