Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order. There is nothing to add at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries you can select at checkout. If your country is not in the list, we cannot deliver there at the moment.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered in 10–15 days. This is an estimate: customs checks, holidays and carrier delays can add time.
Import taxes and duties
Depending on your country, import VAT or customs duties may apply to parcels from outside your region. They are not included in the price unless they are shown at checkout, and any charge due on delivery is paid by the recipient.
Address
Please check your delivery address before you pay. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
Problems with a delivery
If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, call us on +65 8014 3040 and tell us your order number. We will look into it and put it right.
