These terms apply to purchases made on redled.pro from Redled pro LTD.
Who we are
Redled pro LTD, 36 Robinson Road, City House #20-01, Singapore 068877. Phone: +65 8014 3040. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Redled pro LTD.
Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the price was shown wrongly, and if that happens we refund you in full.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken when you order, through our checkout, by card, PayPal or Shop Pay. Import VAT and customs duties are not included unless shown at checkout.
Delivery
Shipping is free. Delivery takes 10–15 days. See the Shipping page for details. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the product.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the order. See the Returns page.
Legal guarantee
The product comes with the legal guarantee described in the Warranty page.
Safety and use
Follow the manual. Red light is bright: close your eyes or use the goggles supplied, and do not stare into the diodes. Keep the panel away from water. redled One is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection you have in the country where you live. If you live in the EU, you can also bring a complaint to the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
