How to use

A short guide to a session

What the panel does is simple. This is how to set the distance, choose a session, protect your eyes, and keep the habit going.

How it works

Three steps to a session

  1. 01

    Set your distance

Place the panel on its stand, facing the area you want to treat. The manufacturer measures output at 15 cm, so that is a sensible starting distance — move closer to concentrate the light on a smaller area, further back to spread it wider and gentler.

  2. 02

    Choose your session

Pick a mode — red, near-infrared or both — set the brightness, and set the timer. The presets run from 5 to 30 minutes; start at the shorter end and build up as you learn how your skin responds.

  3. 03

    Switch on and unwind

Keep the exposed area facing the panel. Close your eyes or use the supplied goggles if the brightness is uncomfortable. The panel switches itself off when the timer ends.

General guidance

Common practice for light panels — not manufacturer instructions, and not medical advice.

  • Start with shorter sessions and build up as you learn how your skin responds.
  • Keep the treated area facing the panel with nothing in between.
  • Bare skin receives more light than skin through clothing.
  • Eye comfort: the red light is bright. Close your eyes or use the supplied goggles. Do not stare into the diodes.
  • Consistency matters more than long single sessions.
  • If you are pregnant, photosensitive, taking photosensitising medication, or treating a specific condition, speak to a qualified professional first.

In a routine

It fits the time you already have

Ten minutes with coffee. Twenty minutes after a run. The panel is light enough to move between rooms and stable enough to leave set up. The point is not a dramatic ritual — it is something small you will actually keep doing.

A daily habit, in warm light.

One panel. Red and near-infrared. Controls on the device.
